Everyone gets the Plenimo app. This is a separate app for your clients, with your studio’s name and icon. Not part of any plan; ordered separately.

You’re notified when a charge fails, someone cancels late, a class fills, a class is left open, or a new client joins. Each one can be switched off.

What studio owners usually ask first.

Does the studio really run itself?

Mostly, yes. Booking, cancelling, the waitlist, reminders, membership fees, invoices and your website timetable all run on their own. Two things stay with you: marking attendance at the end of class, and a failed card charge, which shows on your Today screen.

What happens to my clients if I switch?

They get a link or an email invitation from you, create their account once, and can book straight away. We help bring their running passes over, so nobody loses a class. Anyone who can’t manage on their own, you book for, just as now.

Can I bring my clients over?

Yes, and we help. Coming from another system or a spreadsheet? Tell us and we’ll move your clients, their running passes and your schedule with you. You can also add clients yourself, and anyone who books through your link creates their own account.

How long does it take to start?

A checklist walks you through the schedule, instructors, passes, payments and your website. Once your first class is up, clients can book it.

Which invoicing service does it use?

Billingo and Számlázz.hu, from your own account and invoice block: with VAT (27, 18 or 5%) or VAT-exempt (AAM or TAM).

What happens when the trial ends?

Pick a plan and carry on. If you don’t, your studio pauses, your data stays and nothing is charged.

What if I outgrow my plan?

Nothing stops: not bookings, sign-ups or instructor invites. We tell you ahead and you move up a size.

Is there a phone app?

Can clients pick their place or machine?

Yes, if you want it. In the classes you choose, clients pick their place when they book: a reformer, any machine you add, or a numbered spot like a mat. Regulars can book their favourite place. A machine in maintenance drops out of the bookable places.

Is my clients’ data safe?

Plenimo is built around GDPR: consents are recorded, every client can download or delete their data, and health notes are stored only if you switch them on and the client explicitly agrees. The data is stored in the European Union, on servers in Ireland.
